A fellowship in Port
Congratulations to our Foundation Principal, Anne Stout, who this year was awarded the Menzies Foundation Collier School Leader Fellowship. The Menzies School Leader Fellowship is a two-year, $150,000, leadership development initiative that seeks to harness cross-sector expertise to understand how to build a pipeline of talented school leaders, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to successfully adapt to and take on the challenges and complexities of the role.
Using an incubator model, the Menzies School Leader Fellowship follows the principles of design, test, learn and adapt, and is led by a multi-sector collaboration between school leaders, their school and corporate, philanthropic and university partners and supported by an outstanding Advisory Board.
Anne is one of four Australian principals to be awarded a Menzies Fellowship in 2022.
