Ignite Week 2024
Our third annual Ignite Week lit Port up!
This design thinking sprint, which builds on our design thinking approach to learning, showcased the creative minds of our year sevens as they tackled real world problems. Partnering with industry mentors from our community, students collaborated across the week and pitched their innovative solutions in the ‘shark tank’. The panel of judges were in awe when hearing about the possibilities in areas such as health app development, drone umpiring and upcycling old clothes to limit the impact of fast fashion.
We greatly appreciate the time, care and guidance that our mentors provided to our students during Ignite Week. Thank you!
